Lord my God, I ask you for the unity of our families. You know we love each other, but sometimes we hurt each other with our words and attitudes. Help us to have humble and forgiving hearts so that we seek the well-being of others every day. Help us to be kind and patient with one another. Fill us with your love so that we love each other genuinely. Father, when there are disagreements, help us to listen to each other and try to understand each other’s point of view. Cover our home with your loving presence, may our words reflect that we are your children. In the name of Jesus Christ, your beloved Son. Amen
