El Viernes Santo, recordamos el día en que Jesús voluntariamente sufrió y murió por crucifixión como el último sacrificio por nuestros pecados (1 Juan 1:10). Le sigue la Pascua, la celebración gloriosa del día en que Jesús resucitó de entre los muertos, anunciando su victoria sobre el pecado y la muerte y apuntando hacia una futura resurrección para todos los que están unidos a él por la fe (Romanos 6: 5)

On Good Friday, we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died by crucifixion as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins (1 John 1:10). Easter follows it, the glorious celebration of the day Jesus was raised from the dead, heralding his victory over sin and death and pointing ahead to a future resurrection for all who are united to him by faith (Romans 6:5)
